Sizing 

When buying a kimono you don’t need to worry about finding your exact size. Our garments come in just one size and fit up to 3XL. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of item. Items over $100 in the U.S. ship for free.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

After an order is placed it typically takes 1-3 business days to process. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that tracking number to see where the item is along with estimated arrival date.

Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Contact us as soon as possible stating your reason for returning. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and has any signs of wear, then it is not eligible for a refund.

How do I care for my garment?

A care tag will be attached to your garment. If you misplace the tag, please check the online product description for the item you purchased.
